You can activate or deactivate ticket sales for an event at any time. If you deactivate the ticket sales, the public will not be able to book tickets online; however, you can still process in-house bookings through your back office.
1. How to deactivate ticket sales
- Login to your TicketSource account dashboard
- Next to the relevant event, hover over the Actions button and select Deactivate Ticket Sales.
2. How to activate ticket sales
- Login to your TicketSource account dashboard.
- Next to the relevant event, hover over the Actions button and select Activate Ticket Sales.
3. How to automate the sales period of ticket sales
You can also change the time frame of when the ticket sales are automatically deactivated for online bookings within each performance by following these steps:
- Login to your TicketSource account dashboard
- Next to the relevant event, hover over the Actions button and select Set Ticket Sales Period
- Adjust the start/stop ticket sales on fields as required
- Select Save Changes
The same settings can be controlled within the event designer
- Go to Events and select the Modify Event.
- Select the event from the drop-down menu provided and click Modify Event.
- Under the Dates column within the table, click the Pencil Icon underneath the selected date and time.
- Change the time frame within the Start/stop ticket sales option and click save changes.
