Add Questions

Learn how to add questions during the booking process.


To add questions to your event:


  1. Go to Events and Select Modify Event.
  2. Select the event from the drop-down menu provided and click the Modify event button.
  3. Under the Event column, click the Pencil Icon underneath the event title.
  4. Expand the Questionnaire Settings section.
  5. Click add question and enter your question within the box provided.
  6. Set whether this question needs to be asked for each ticket "person" or whether the question is only required to be asked once for the booking.
  7. Select the appropriate response (i.e Open-Ended, Yes/No, Multiple Choice)
  8. If Multiple Choice, select the + to add a response. To add more select the + as required.
  9. If you want mandatory answers to your questions, select Required from the drop-down
  10. Click save changes. 


You can add several Multiple Choice Options at once by separating the options with a | e.g. Answer 1|Answer 2|Answer 3


All the answers that are collected from the additional questions can be found in one report.
