How to process complimentary tickets

Complimentary tickets - also known as 'freebies' - can be a great way to draw people into your event. But how do you go about processing them? Here's how!


  1. From your dashboard, Click on the orange Book Now button alongside the relevant event. 
  2. Process the booking as normal.
  3. Under the Payment Options, select the COMP: Complimentary option. The value of the whole booking should change to £0.00.
  4. Click Checkout and record the relevant customer contact details.
  5. If you would like to send the e-ticket to the customer, enter the customer's email address and tick the box underneath the email address to send a booking confirmation email with an e-ticket to the customer.  If you do not want to send an e-ticket, either do not enter an email address or untick the box. 
  6. To finalise the booking, click on book tickets.
