How to process complimentary tickets
Complimentary tickets - also known as 'freebies' - can be a great way to draw people into your event. But how do you go about processing them? Here's how!
- From your dashboard, Click on the orange Book Now button alongside the relevant event.
- Process the booking as normal.
- Under the Payment Options, select the COMP: Complimentary option. The value of the whole booking should change to £0.00.
- Click Checkout and record the relevant customer contact details.
- If you would like to send the e-ticket to the customer, enter the customer's email address and tick the box underneath the email address to send a booking confirmation email with an e-ticket to the customer. If you do not want to send an e-ticket, either do not enter an email address or untick the box.
- To finalise the booking, click on book tickets.
