# Complimentary Tickets

## How to process complimentary tickets
Complimentary tickets - also known as 'freebies' - can be a great way to draw people into your event. But how do you go about processing them? Here's how!

1. From your dashboard, Click on the orange **Book Now** button alongside the relevant event.
2. Process the booking as normal.
3. Under the Payment Options, select the **COMP: Complimentary** option. The value of the whole booking should change to £0.00.
4. Click **Checkout** and record the relevant customer contact details.
5. If you would like to send the e-ticket to the customer, enter the customer's email address and tick the box underneath the email address to **send a booking confirmation email with an e-ticket to the customer**.  If you do not want to send an e-ticket, either do not enter an email address or untick the box.
6. To finalise the booking, click on **book tickets**.
