Contact the Event Organiser About Your Booking

If you have a question regarding your booking or an event, and want to contact the event organiser directly there are a number of contact methods available to you.


  1. Manage My Bookings: There is an option to ask a question within your My Bookings portal. There is no requirement to create an account or login to access your booking information. You can access the portal via this link My Bookings Portal  or via a link within your booking confirmation email. Enter your name and email address, and a magic link will be sent to your email for you to access your booking. Within the portal, you will have the ability to ask a question, which will be sent directly to the event organiser.
  2. Contact Form: An event organiser contact form is available via our website . The option to ask a question about our booking or search for an upcoming event is available. Your enquiry will be sent directly to the event organiser.
  3. Direct Contact: Many event organisers offer a contact us section on their website or social media pages. You may wish to reach out directly to the event organiser via their own communication channels.


Any queries sent to the event organiser are not reviewed or seen by TicketSource. It is the responsibility of the event organiser to respond to your query directly.
