# Contact the Event Organiser About Your Booking

If you have a question regarding your booking or an event, and want to contact the event organiser directly there are a number of contact methods available to you. 

1. **Manage My Bookings:&#32;**There is an option to **ask a question** within your My Bookings portal. There is no requirement to create an account or login to access your booking information. You can access the portal via this link [__My Bookings Portal__ ](https://www.ticketsource.com/my-bookings) or via a link within your booking confirmation email. Enter your name and email address, and a magic link will be sent to your email for you to access your booking. Within the portal, you will have the ability to **ask a question,&#32;**which will be sent directly to the event organiser. 
2. **Contact Form:&#32;**An event organiser contact form is available via our [website](https://www.ticketsource.com/help#contact-eo) . The option to ask a question about our booking or search for an upcoming event is available. Your enquiry will be sent directly to the event organiser. 
3. **Direct Contact:&#32;**Many event organisers offer a contact us section on their website or social media pages. You may wish to reach out directly to the event organiser via their own communication channels.
