1. How to add an eticket header or footer image (For all events)
- Go to Settings and Tickets.
- Expand the Eticket Settings section.
- Click the boxes to upload an Eticket cover and footer image as required from your device.
- Click save changes.
2. How to add an eticket header or footer image (event-specific)
Images added to an event will over-ride any images added at account level for e-tickets. Images added at the account level will act as the default if no header/footer images are added to an event.
- Go to Events and Modify Event and select the event from the list.
- In the Event column click Modify.
- Expand the Ticket Settings section.
- Click the boxes to upload an Eticket footer and cover image from your computer.
- Click save changes.
3. How to add additional information to your eticket
(i.e. specific instruction to the customer, information about parking, FAQs etc.)
- Go to Events and Modify Event.
- Select the relevant event/performance from the list.
- In the Event column, click Modify.
- Expand the Advanced Settings section and add your information to the box Event information to accompany the booking confirmation.
- Click save changes.
