Customise etickets

  1. Go to Settings and Tickets.
  2. Expand the Eticket Settings section.
  3. Click the boxes to upload an Eticket cover and footer image as required from your device.
  4. Click save changes.


We recommend dimensions of 1600 x 200 pixels for the best fit.


All images uploaded must comply with our acceptable use policy



Images added to an event will over-ride any images added at account level for e-tickets.  Images added at the account level will act as the default if no header/footer images are added to an event.


  1. Go to Events and Modify Event and select the event from the list.
  2. In the Event column click Modify.
  3. Expand the Ticket Settings section.
  4. Click the boxes to upload an Eticket footer and cover image from your computer. 
  5. Click save changes.

3. How to add additional information to your eticket

(i.e. specific instruction to the customer, information about parking, FAQs etc.) 


  1. Go to Events and Modify Event.
  2. Select the relevant event/performance from the list.
  3. In the Event column, click Modify.
  4. Expand the Advanced Settings section and add your information to the box Event information to accompany the booking confirmation.
  5. Click save changes.
