Deleting an event

Activated and incomplete events can both be deleted by going to Events > Delete Events (providing that no tickets have been sold). Due to auditing requirements, events that have sold tickets cannot be deleted.


If an event needs to be cancelled, go to Events > Cancel Event. Find out more here.


Free events can be deleted even if tickets have been sold so, please ensure that you wish to delete the event as it cannot be restored after deletion.


Past events can be hidden from your dashboard by archiving your event. To do this go to Events > Archive past events. Find out more here.
