# Donations Report

The donations report will show you all donations bookings associated with your event.

The report will detail: 
* Customer Name 
* Customer Address 
* Booking Reference 
* Payment 
* Booking Date 
* Donation Amount 
* TS Fee 
* Total 
* Gift Aid (Yes/No)

To access the donations report: 

1. Go to **Report** and Select **Donations Report** 
2. Select which event(s) you wish to run the report for 
3. If Gift Aid is enabled, select whether you want to view all donations or Gift Aid donations only.
4. Select **Produce Report**

If Gift Aid is enabled on the account, then the option to export donations report as HMRC complaint Gift Aid Schedule will be available and will be presented in the required HMRC format.
