Event Terms and Conditions
All tickets are sold through TicketSource in accordance with TicketSource's terms and conditions. However, if your event or organisation has its own terms and conditions, these can be added to your event. Any terms and conditions will be displayed during the booking process, and customers will be required to tick to acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the terms.
To add your own event terms and conditions to an existing event:
- Go to Events and select Modify Event.
- Select the relevant event and click modify.
- Under the event title in the Event column, click the Pencil Icon.
- Expand the Advanced settings section.
- Tick the box next to Terms and Conditions associated with the event and add your terms and conditions into the text box.
- Click save changes.
