This 10-minute webinar will cover everything you need to know to change the look and feel of your ticket sales pages by changing the colour scheme and uploading your own images.




1. How to Add an Image to Your Event


You can add your own thumbnail and main event Image to your event. The thumbnail will appear next to your event listing and the main image will display alongside your event description.


  1. Go to Events and select Modify Event.
  2. Select the event from the drop-down menu provided and click Modify Event.
  3. Click the Pencil Edit Icon in the Event column 
  4. Here you can upload an Event Main Image. This image will appear on your event information page (your event information page is accessed by customers when they click on the event name from your public sales pages or within the What's On listings).
  5. You can also add an Event Thumbnail which will appear as a small image next to each event on your public sales page. This will be selected as the image to appear within the What's On listings on our search pages.
  6. Click save changes.



Thumbnail image - 300 x 300 pixels (or for a larger image, an aspect ratio of 1:1)Main image - 300 x 450 pixels (or for a larger image, an aspect ratio of 2:3)


All images uploaded must comply with our acceptable use policy


2. How to Customise your Ticket Shop Display


Learn more about your customising your Ticket Shop design and settings. 


  1. Go to Settings and select Ticket Shop.
  2. Customise your colour scheme by clicking on the four squares next to Background colour, Font colour, Button colour and Button font colour
  3. Upload a Cover Image
  4. Custom CSS can be added for more code savvy event creators.
  5. The page title and description can be set (or left blank)
  6. A custom description can be set for the CONTACT VENUE button on deactivated events.
  7. Press Save Changes to apply all changes


Recommended image sizes: Cover Image - 1200 x 200 pixels (or for a larger image, an aspect ratio of 6:1)  and would recommend a landscape image rather than a portrait one.


3. How to Change your Event Listings Layout


To change the layout of your Ticket shop page:


  1. Go to Settings and select the Ticket Shop.
  2. Under Display Options select your desired layout from the drop-down list (hover over the 'i' icon for further information).
  3. Once you have chosen your design, press save changes at the bottom of the page. 


You can view how your Ticket shop page will look for customers by clicking the URL under your event name on your main dashboard.
