Pixel Tracking

  1. Facebook Pixel
  2. X Pixel

When added, the pixel will capture the following information.

  • "Search" when a customer views one of your listings pages
  • "InitiateCheckout" when a customer clicks the checkout button from their basket
  • "AddPaymentInfo" when a customer inputs their payment info on the payment page
  • "Purchase" when a customer views the confirmation page after completing their booking, when firing this event we also pass the appropriate "value" and "currency" parameters

You can either add the Pixel Tracking ID at the account level to apply to all events or at the event level to apply to only a particular event.

Before you start:

  • Locate the pixel ID in your Facebook Business Manager. The pixel ID is usually 15 or 16 digits long.
  • For some ad functionality, Facebook requires the domain in which the pixel is placed to be verified. As TicketSource is a third-party website, you will not be able to verify the domain within your Facebook Business Manager.
