# Purchase Scanners

You can quickly scan and validate your customers' tickets using an external barcode scanner. Scanners can be purchased within your TicketSource dashboard for UK event organisers. 

The Bluetooth scanner is compatible with the mobile scanning app on IOS or Android. The USB scanners ​work with the browser-based TicketSource Scann App for Web located in your Dashboard. 

To purchase a barcode scanner:

1. Go to** Account** and **Buy Add-ons.**
2. Select the quantity and delivery option.
3. Complete purchase via secure card payment.

| EACH BARCODE SCANNER IS TESTED BY TICKETSOURCE BEFORE DISPATCH AND CONFIRMED TO BE IN WORKING ORDER.

| **SCANNERS HAVE A 90-DAY WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE SCANNERS ARE PLUG-AND-PLAY FOR MAC AND WINDOWS. THE SCANNERS MAY HAVE COSMETIC BLEMISHES (SUCH AS MINOR WEAR & TEAR TO THE RUBBER SURFACE AND SCUFFS FROM NORMAL USE).
