Referral Scheme
Referral Scheme Benefits
Nothing makes us happier than hearing about people sharing TicketSource with their friends and colleagues. That's why, when you introduce an event organiser to TicketSource, we will pay you 10% of every booking fee we earn from their events, forever!
UK event organisers can choose how they would like it paid:
- Either paid directly to your bank account.
- Or doubled and donated straight to one of three fantastic charities: Cancer Research, the National Theatre, and the Dog's Trust.
Your Referral Link
To refer an event organiser to TicketSource, provide them with your unique referral link below when they're ready to sign up with us.
To find your unique referral link
- Go to Account and select Referral Scheme.
- Ensure you have added your bank details to your TicketSource account by heading to Account and select Payouts
Referred accounts will be listed within your referral dashboard as well as historical and upcoming payments
Terms
TicketSource will pay the introducing event organiser 10%¹ of every booking fee we earn from introduced users. If a ticket is refunded or an event is cancelled, no referral payment will be applicable. The referral payment will be made to the event organiser on a monthly basis for completed events.
¹Net of any VAT for UK event organisers.
If a new event organiser signs up without using your unique referral link, a request to add this new client as a referral to your account must be received within seven days of the new account being created providing an introduction can be evidenced. Requests received after seven days will not be added.
Event organisers cannot self-refer (i.e. refer a new TicketSource account where the new account is within the same local organisation or the introducing event organiser has an active involvement in the newly signed up organisation). TicketSource reserves the right to cancel a referral if self-referral is suspected.
