1. About booking protection


TicketSource offers optional refund protection through XCover. Customers will be provided with the opportunity to add refund protection to their ticket purchase and we would encourage you to consider purchasing this cover as tickets are sold as non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or significantly changed (please refer to the purchase policy for further detail). Please note that refund protection can only be added at the time of booking and not at a later date.


Upon completion of a booking, if you have purchased refund protection, you will be sent an email from XCover explaining your cover and their terms and conditions.  


The refund protection is offered with a 14-day cooling-off period. Should you choose to cancel your refund protection, you must email support@ticketsource.com within 14 days of your purchase and please include your booking reference in your communication.


2. How to make a claim through XCover


If you have purchased refund protection and would like to make a claim, please go to https://www.xcover.com/en/claim  If you haven't activated your XCover account, please look for the confirmation email from XCover sent on the day of purchase which will contain an activation link.  Alternatively, if you have mislaid the confirmation email from XCover go to https://www.xcover.com/en/claim and log in with the email address used when placing your booking and the system will help you to set up your XCover account. 


Claims must be made via the XCover portal, which will guide you through the claims process. Live chat is available on XCover 24 hours a day should you need assistance via their help centre


Please Note: XCover allow claims to be submitted up to 45 days after the event has taken place
