Registering for an online event

As TicketSource does not host events, it is the responsibility of the event organiser to send out instructions on how to join their online events.

If instructions on how to join an event are not detailed on your e-ticket then instructions will usually be sent out to prior to the start of the event.

If you have not received instructions (please check your junk/spam folder too), we advise you to reach out to the event organiser in the first instance. You can contact event organisers through the Manage my Booking portal.

You may also choose to contact event organisers via any linked website, social media or contact details provided in the event description.
