The bank account nominated to receive ticket settlement payments must be registered within the same territory as your currency settings. We are unable to offer cross border payments.


Stripe Payment Processing:

  • Eurozone - EUR(€)
  • New Zealand - NZD(NZ$)
  • Singapore - SGD(S$)
  • United Kingdom - GBP(£)

3. VAT


Available for UK event creators

TicketSource is not responsible for VAT on ticket sales. This remains the responsibility of the event creator, depending on their VAT status.


VAT is only applicable on the TicketSource booking fees. The VAT breakdown on booking fees will be advised in your final Event Summary Statement.


If a customer requests a VAT receipt, it is the responsibility of the event creator to provide this receipt (if the event creator is registered for VAT).  This is because the ticket monies (whether held in trust or paid to the event creator) belong to the event creator and not TicketSource.


If the customer only requires a receipt or break-down of their booking (i.e. ticket prices, booking fees and total), this can be found on the e-ticket.
