# Search Bookings

## How to search for a customer's booking

1. Go to **Customers** and select **Search Customers.**
2. In the search box (top right) search for a customer by name or booking reference.
3. Select the correct customer from the search results.
4. Click the **Customer Bookings tab** to review all bookings by this customer.
5. Select **Actions** to explore further booking details.

If you know the performance that the customer has booked for you can access their details through the dashboard

1. Next to the relevant event go to **Actions** and select **Sales Report.**
2. The customer names will appear in alphabetical order by surname.
3. When you find the customer, either click on their name to go to their contact details or click on their booking reference and to view their booking history.
