Sharing Seating Plan

It is quite common for numerous TicketSource Event Creators to hold events at the same venue.

If you know a seating plan already exists, we are happy to copy an existing seating plan to your account.

We would require the request to come from the Event Creator who currently has the seating plan.

All they would need to do is to provide your name/email address or the name of your account and which seating plan is to be copied over.

All requests must be sent to our Customer Specialist Team by emailing support@ticketsource.com

It is very important that you check any copied seating plans for accuracy before using them on your event, as TicketSource cannot be held liable for any inaccurate seating plans.
