1. About sundry item sales


  • When a customer purchases a sundry item, they will receive a voucher from TicketSource that they will need to present at the venue on the day of the event to redeem the sundry item.
  • You will receive payment for your sundry items at the same time as ticket settlement. 
  • If your event is cancelled the sundry item will also be refunded along with the tickets. 
  • TicketSource booking fees are applicable to sundry sales booked online.


2. How to add sundry items


Learn how to sell event add-ons (e.g programmes, pre-show meals, merchandise) alongside your event tickets.


To add a sundry item:


  1. Go to Settings and select Sundry Options.
  2. Click on Add sundry option.
  3. Enter a description (e.g. programme).
  4. Enter price per item.
  5. Enter any comments/conditions of this item.
  6. Select which events the sundry option should apply to. 
  7. Select if you wish to limit the number of sundry items overall or per booking and if the sundry item should be mandatory.
  8. Click save changes.


3. How to view your sundry sales report


You can view your sundry sales in a report format by following the instructions below:


  1. Go to Reports and selecting Sundry Options Report.
  2. Use the filters to pull a report for all events or a specific event.
  3. Click Produce Report.


Sundry sales are also displayed on your sales report and event settlement statement.


4. Example Sundry item


Sundry items are displayed as a voucher, and can be found below the Booking Summary on the last page of a customer's eticket.
