# The Audience Agency - Audience Answers (UK Only)

[Audience Answers](https://theaudienceagency.org/en/what-we-do/audience-answers) is a free national audience data and development tool provided by The Audience Agency, enabling cultural organisations to understand, compare and apply audience insight. 

To integrate Audience Answers into your TicketSource Account:

1. Firstly, you will need to **contact your representative** at [The Audience Agency](https://theaudienceagency.org/en/get-touch) and advise them that you wish to connect your TicketSource account.
2. Once The Audience Agency has confirmed the integration has been enabled, **please email** [support@ticketsource.com](mailto:support@ticketsource.com) with confirmation, and we can complete the configuration with your TicketSource account.

TicketSource charges a one-off fee of £25 + VAT to cover the administration cost of configuring your TicketSource account for Audience Answers integration.
