1. Purchase ticket stock

Available for UK event creators only

UK Event organisers can purchase ticket stock compatible with Vretti, Citizen or Dymo printers. Account add-ons (including ticket stock) are not currently available outside of the UK but please get in touch with us for further advice.

Event Organisers can source their own branded ticket stock (Citizen printers only) but please contact TicketSource to ensure the ticket-type and size you are ordering is compatible.

To purchase ticket stock:

  1. Go to Account and select Buy Add-Ons.
  2. Choose your ticket stock as required.
  3. Select the postal option.
  4. Enter billing and delivery addresses.
  5. Complete secure online card payment.

2. Ticket customisation

For a small development fee,

we are able to offer personal branding for printed thermal tickets for all ticket templates.

The basic option would be to add your company logo to the ticket, but we would need to talk through your requirements as there may be limitations due to the size of the tickets. The logo would be added to the ticket template design and would print out along with the rest of the ticket information.

For more information please contact the technical support team by emailing support@ticketsource.com with your proposal, design and image. The image can either be sent in JPEG or PNG format.

3. Enable/disable name and address headers

When you print your in-house thermal tickets, the system automatically defaults to print a header ticket with the customer's name and address.

To switch this feature on/off:

  1. Double click the TicketSource PrintServer icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. This can be found near the date/time (if it is not showing it can be found by clicking on the arrow option to show all active icons)
  2. Select the "General Preferences" menu on the left-hand side
  3. Tick (or untick) the box next to the option 'Print customer's name and address at the start of each printing job'
  4. Click on 'Apply Changes'

4. Ticket dimensions

You can find the ticket stock measurements by going to:

  1. 'Account' | 'Add-ons'
  2. Select 'Thermal Ticket Stock'
  3. Click 'Show Details' beneath each ticket option
