Ticket Buyers - Refunds and Exchanges Guide

1. Can I get a refund on my tickets for a planned event?


For most events, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed.


Some event creators offer the ability to request a refund, which you can check within your My Bookings portal. You can access your My Bookings Portal  on our website or via a link in your booking confirmation email. Once you have entered your name and email address, a Magic link will be sent to your email for you to access your booking. Within the portal, you will be able to see if a refund policy is available. If offered a refund booking option will be available. If a refund request is asked for, the event creator will be notified and will respond to your refund request directly.


We would also advise viewing your event terms and conditions which can be found within your booking confirmation email and your e-ticket. Some event creators specifically detail their refund policy.


You may also wish to Contact the Event Creator About Your Booking for clarification on their refund policy. Any refund requests would be at the discretion of the event creator.


If the event creator does not offer a refund policy tickets are non-refundable as per the TicketSource Customer Purchase Policy (Ticket Buyers)


2. Can I exchange my tickets?


Unless an event creator offers an exchange policy tickets cannot be amended once booked.


Some event creators offer the ability to exchange tickets, which you can check within your My Bookings portal. You can access your My Bookings Portal  on our website or via a link in your booking confirmation email. Once you have entered your name and email address, a Magic link will be sent to your email for you to access your booking. Within the portal, you will be able to see if an exchange option is available along with the exchange policy. If offered, an exchange booking option will be available and you will be guided through the exchange process.

3. I am unable to attend an event and have refund protection (XCover)
