1. How to set your ticket delivery options
The available ticket delivery options are eticket (FREE) and Standard Post £2.50 for UK event creators. Where etickets are selected, the email containing the eticket will provide the option to download the eticket (pdf) or save to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
- Go to Settings and Select Tickets.
- Tick the options that you would like presented to your customers
- Click whether your tickets require a QR code
- Click save changes.

3. Example Sundry item
Sundry items are displayed as a voucher, and can be found below the Booking Summary on the last page of a customer's eticket.

4. Where to find which delivery option a customer has selected
To view the delivery method for customers, go to 'Reports' - 'Front of House Report' and this will give you a full breakdown of customers, their booking references, the admission section they have selected and the delivery options they have opted for.
