Waiting Lists for Sold Out Events (Ticket Buyers)

Not all organisers offer waiting lists. Some may:


  • Provide one through TicketSource
  • Manage their own waiting list independently
  • Choose not to offer a waiting list at all


If an event organiser has opted to offer a waiting list through TicketSource, an option to 'Join Waiting List' will be presented under the sold-out message. You can add your details directly from the event listing page. If an event has multiple performances, you can select your preferred date and/or time.



Communication relating to available tickets offered to the waiting list is coordinated by the Event Organiser.


As TicketSource does not manage the events hosted on our platform we are unable to access tickets for sold out events or manage waiting list communication. The waiting list is not a guarantee of tickets.
