Waiting Room
If you expect your event to be popular or experience a spike in demand when tickets go on sale, we can activate our online queue management system, Waiting Room.
This queue management feature will effectively control the flow of customers and ensure a smoother booking process when booking online. Customers will be added to a queue with a position number and information on the number of customers ahead of them. These details will update as the customer moves closer to the front of the queue.
This feature will be particularly helpful if you have a seated event or reserved sections with limited availability. Customers will have a clearer idea of which seats are available, and the Waiting Room will reduce the chance of customers trying to select the same seats at the same time.
