Your Dashboard

Understanding the Dashboard / Homepage



After logging into your TicketSource account you will be directed to the Event Organiser Dashboard also known as the home page. Here you will see all activated future events.


You can always access the dashboard by clicking the home icon on your top menu bar 🏠


Use the top menu bar to navigate to other areas of your account.


In the top right corner, you will see your username – hovering over this will allow you to configure two factor authentication, change your password, switch between accounts and log out.


The question mark icon directs you to various help articles, support features and information on how to contact our support team.


Dashboard Filters


Show entries:

Choose how many events to display on the dashboard, from 5 to 50.


Past events:

View all non-archived past events.


Filter Dates:

Use the drop-down menu to view events on a specific date. When viewing past events, previous dates will also be available.


Search Events:

Use the search box to find events by title or venue.


Sort by date:

Select the arrow next to the date column to sort events chronologically or in reverse order.


On Sale: 

Displays whether an event is currently on sale. Hover to view ticket sale start and end dates.


Allocations:

Hover to see a breakdown of ticket allocations. Note that allocated tickets are not always sold tickets.


You will be able to see the following booking details:



Booking in Progress: when a customer adds tickets to their basket, they are held for 20 minutes whilst the transaction is either completed or abandoned.



Book Now Icons


Icons are occasionally presented over your book now buttons highlighting relevant information. Hovering over the icon will display further information.



⚠️: The event is hidden from public view and can only be accessed via a direct link.

⚡: Quick booking is enabled for this event.

👥: Shows customers are on the waiting list


Actions Menu


The Actions menu provides quick access to key tools for each date:


Deactivate Ticket Sales:

Immediately stop ticket sales.


Activate Quick Booking:

Allows you to book in-house tickets without collecting a customer’s name or contact details. Perfect for bookings made immediately before a performance.


Set Ticket Sales Period:

Update the start and end dates for ticket sales.


Set Ticket Availability:

  • For general admission events: adjust capacity
  • For seated events: access the seating plan to block seats or add descriptions


Publicise Event:

Navigate to the Publicise Events page to promote your ticket shop, event or performance.


Contact Customers: 

Go to the Contact Customers page. (Not available for free events)

Quickly access a selection of useful reports for each date

  • Sales Report
  • Front of House Report
  • Reservations
  • Sundry Report
  • Waiting List Report (only shown if enabled)
