Front of House Report

To access the Front of House Report within your dashboard, go to Actions and select Front Of House Report next to the relevant event date. This will present you with a report for that specific date.

The report can also be accessed by going to Reports and selecting Front of House Report. You will need to select the relevant event from the drop-down list and select Produce Report.

The report includes:

  • Customer Name
  • Booking Reference
  • The number of tickets purchased including the ticket types (e.g. 1 x Adult, 1 x Child)
  • Seat References (Including Section and Seat Numbers, if using a seating plan)
  • Payment
  • Delivery Method
  • Additional Notes

You can also include any sundry item purchases by selecting show tickets and sundry options and reproducing the report if necessary.

This report is the key report to have at the venue to respond to ticketing queries or to assist customers who have turned up without their tickets. The Front of House Report also displays any additional notes that have been added to a booking (e.g. wheelchair user booked / non-wheelchair user - seat required, etc.).

To download and print the report you need to select Export front of house report as comma-separated values (CSV) file or Export front of house report as PDF underneath the report.
