Postcode Lookup Integration (UK Only)

Available for UK event organisers


Event organisers can add postcode address lookup functionality to their account for in-house bookings through EasyPostcodes integration


To ensure accurate data capture, postcode lookup is standard for online bookings for customers who select postage delivery and/or make a gift aid donation.

  1. Sign up and create your account with EasyPostcodes
  2. Obtain your API Key within EasyPostcodes via the Your Keys menu
  3. Within TicketSource, go to Settings and Customers and Enable postcode address lookups
  4. Enter your EasyPostcodes API Key
  5. Save Changes


When making an in-house booking, start typing in the address fields to see suggested addresses to select against the booking.
