Price Category Report

The price category report will show you a summarised breakdown of ticket sales per price category description (i.e. full price, concession tickets). 

The report will detail: 

• Price Category 
• Ticket Price 
• Number of Tickets 
• Amount (pre-discount) 
• Discount Amount 
• Amount (Post discount)

To access the price category report: 

1. Go to Reports and Select Price Category Report 
2. Select if you wish to show attendees for all events, or current events or select a specific event 
3. Select with the sales period in total or filter between a specific date range 
4. Filter all payments or select specific payment options 
5. Filter all price categories or select specific price categories 
6. Select Produce Report
