1. How to view your sales report
The Sales Report holds everything you need to be able to manage your income from your TicketSource events including:
- Customer information
- Payment method used
- TS, Stripe or 'In-House' Bookings
- Number of tickets purchased, etc
- Booking Fee breakdown
To access the Sales Report for a specific event:
- Go to Reports and Sales Report (alternatively, you can go to Actions next to the relevant event date on your main dashboard and select Sales Report).
- Select whether you wish to see a Summarised Report or a detailed Full Report.
- Under Display Transactions, you can choose to view a ticket sales report for all events, all current events, one specific event or multiple events.
- Under Sold During, you can set your date range (e.g. a specific day, week, month, year).
- Under Report Filter, you can filter the ticket sales report to show sales by an individual or by a specific payment type (you can use these filters specifically to view in-house bookings).
- Once you are happy with your selections, select Produce Report.
- Your report will be displayed and can also be exported as a**** CSV (Comma Separated Value) File or Excel spreadsheet.
If you require additional columns you can add these in by
- Clicking the cog icon
- Tick the required columns.
2. How to view a sales report snapshot
To view a pie-chart of your current sales for an event:
- Within your dashboard, next to the relevant event, hover over the figure in the Allocated column.
- This will provide you with a pie chart and statistics of your tickets that are booked, available or in the process of being booked.
3. How to view a report of your sundry sales
- Go to Reports and Sundry Options Report.
- Use the filters to either select all current events or restrict to a specific event.
- Click Produce Report.
To view the sundry report for a specific event within your main dashboard:
- Next to the relevant event, go to Actions and Sundry Options Report.
Sundry sales will also be itemised on your Sales Report and your Event Settlement Statement.
