Scan Report
The Scan report will show you which tickets have been scanned or remain unscanned for selected events.
This report will detail:
- Event Date/Time
- Customer Name
- Booking Reference
- Section
- Ticket Description
- Payment
- Ticket Total
- Scanned Persons
- Additional Notes
To access the scan report:
- Go to Reports and Select Scan Report
- Select if you wish to display Scanned Tickets or Unscanned Tickets.
- Select if you wish to report on current events only or select the specific event(s)
- Select Produce Report
