Scan Report

The Scan report will show you which tickets have been scanned or remain unscanned for selected events. 


This report will detail: 


  • Event Date/Time 
  • Customer Name 
  • Booking Reference 
  • Section 
  • Ticket Description 
  • Payment 
  • Ticket Total 
  • Scanned Persons 
  • Additional Notes 


To access the scan report: 


  1. Go to Reports and Select Scan Report 
  2. Select if you wish to display Scanned Tickets or Unscanned Tickets.
  3. Select if you wish to report on current events only or select the specific event(s) 
  4. Select Produce Report
